Information for Real Estate Professionals
General
Do you work with real estate agents?
Absolutely. I regularly work with buyers’ agents, listing agents, and builders. My goal is to support smooth transactions while providing clear, unbiased inspections for clients.
Are your inspections unbiased?
Yes. Inspections are conducted independently and objectively. Findings are based solely on the visible condition of the property at the time of inspection — never influenced by transaction pressure.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Stewart Property Inspections is licensed and insured, and inspections are performed in accordance with applicable standards of practice.
Scheduling & Access
How quickly can inspections be scheduled?
In most cases, inspections can be scheduled within 24–48 hours, depending on availability and property location.
How do agents schedule an inspection?
Agents can:
-
Schedule online
-
Call or text directly

Submit a request through the contact form
Agent coordination and access details are always confirmed in advance.
Do you coordinate directly with listing agents?
Yes. I’m happy to coordinate access, lockbox entry, or on-site logistics with listing agents as needed.
During the Inspection
Do buyers need to attend the inspection?
Attendance is optional. Buyers are welcome at the end of the inspection for a brief walkthrough if desired, but it is not required.
How do you handle questions during the inspection?
Questions are welcome, but I avoid speculation. All findings are documented clearly in the report to ensure accuracy and consistency.

No. Inspection reports do not include repair pricing. Clients are encouraged to consult licensed contractors for cost estimates.

No. My role is not to pass or fail a property — it’s to provide clear, factual information so buyers can make informed decisions.
